"My wife and I decided it was time to update the interior of our home so we shopped around for luxury vinyl plank flooring after determining that it best suited our needs. We checked the big box stores first but didn't find anything close to what we were looking for. Thinking we may find more choices from a local dealer we went to Twin Cities Floor Covering and were impressed by their variety of choices. We settled on three possibilities and were given a plank of each to take home to try. We settled on one and scheduled an installation date. On the appointed day David and his father Tim, the owner, began work and the two of them finished in two days. We are very satisfied with the workmanship, quality of the product, and fair pricing. "After being a victim of the Cascade wildfire, we rebuilt and purchased laminate flooring from Twin Cities Flooring. Shortly after being installed, the flooring began to ripple and buckle. I contacted the owner, Tim, and he responded immediately. He said he would stand behind his product even if the manufacturer did not. He had the rep come and they denied the lifetime warranty. He then hired an inspector at his own expense to determine the cause of the defective flooring. Months later without getting satisfaction from the manufacturer, Tim replaced the laminate throughout our house at no cost. Thank you, Tim! "We looked into several flooring companies in the area for our flooring project to replace our carpets with wood/vinyl flooring. We went into Twin Cities Floor Covering to look at samples to determine what we wanted to be installed. The customer service was excellent! We felt like they listened to what we wanted and helped us pick up a flooring that matched our budget and preferences. Other, big box, stores in the area felt like we were at a used car lot. Those other stores tried to tell us what we wanted and get us to buy products simply because they were trying to move what they needed to get rid of. Twin Cities even let us take samples home so that we could see what the flooring would look like! That helped us decide who we wanted to select to do the job. Their crew came out and installed our floors and did an amazing job! I liked that the person who did our estimate was the same person who helped us pick out our flooring and did the installation. I love being able to support smaller local businesses versus big box stores. There is something to be said for the level of care and customer service by a smaller local business. I highly recommend Twin Cities Floor Covering!"

"We had another flooring company come out and give us a bid for a new carpet. My wife had a few questions and called back and started to get the runaround. My wife decided to call Twin Cities Flooring. They sent out Tim to give us an estimate that day. Tim arrived on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about his products. Tim finished measuring for the new carpet and left. My wife had already called Twin Cities Flooring and discussed with Teresa the owner of the store what we wanted in a carpet. Teresa stated we will have samples ready when you get here. We went to the Twin Cities Flooring that day and were asked immediately if we needed any help by a polite woman. She introduced herself as Teresa. We told her that we had an appointment to view samples. Teresa took us to a table with the samples on it and showed us the carpets from low to high grade. We wanted a little change in the color so Teresa went into the samples and brought out the color we were looking for Avalanche by Shaw. We knew it was a high-grade carpet and it was worth it. The carpet was ordered and a week later installed. The crew that came to install the carpet was courteous. They moved the heavy furniture and removed to old carpet. They filled the cracks so moisture and bugs couldn't come in on the concrete floor. They installed all new high-grade padding and then measured the rooms for carpet. They installed the new carpet and vacuumed all the carpet before moving the furniture back into place. They cleaned up after themselves. The installation was a success. Our overall experience with Twin Cities Floor Covering was excellent. We would use them again for our Flooring needs and recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of Flooring."

"I had just started out looking to replace my flooring, and Twin Cities Floor Covering was the third stop I made after visiting Home Depot. I was more than intrigued by the great customer service that I was provided. The salespeople were more than friendly, and the specific salesman assisting me, Tony, was informative. He was able to give me some information on the different products and help us ultimately pick out flooring that we would be happy with.
